"That this job was temporary, and there is no offer of full time employment."

"That they should have a full time staff not just for outages."

"I could pretty much do anything there. Good experience with some people who take their job seriously. Good benefits."

"Kiss a-- to the right people and you will be fine. Poorly managed company. Get past the people and the way its ran..then the job is a good one!"
What don't you like about working at Burner Systems International?
"Ive never worked for a company that has so many problems. Poor management,quality. Human resources cannot handle and doesn't handle employees and situations. Too many lazy incompetent workers. Company is more like Jr.high than an actual job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Open your eyes!! BSI needs to keep jobs here in Chattanooga. Stop dealing with Mexico. Stop letting good workers go and keeping those who should've been gone long ago.listen to people more. Treat people fairly. Maybe the union should still be there."

"don't work for them they are people breakers."
What don't you like about working at Chimes?
"the supervisor was really a slave driver he was uneducated and was responsible for many people getting fired, he also did not take into consideration peoples disabilities and would scream at them and get them in trouble with senior management"

"more consideration for the handicapped personnel"
