What don't you like about working at UT Southwestern Medical Center ?
"Lots and lots of red tape and no real sense of community. You could probably fire half the people and still get the same amount of work done (non-hospital employee). Under salary there wasn't any amount lower than $30k. Research Assistants start at $20k."

"Overhaul the accounting department so that it runs smoothly. There is no reason a PO number should take 2 weeks to be generated."
