"You can hide among the hordes of people they employee. Don't feel like working for the day that's okay. Just go for a walk around one of the health tracks."

"Look somewhere else if you have talent, if not feel free to work here. Most of the people seem mediocre."
What don't you like about working at UT Southwestern Medical Center ?
"Lots and lots of red tape and no real sense of community. You could probably fire half the people and still get the same amount of work done (non-hospital employee). Under salary there wasn't any amount lower than $30k. Research Assistants start at $20k."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Overhaul the accounting department so that it runs smoothly. There is no reason a PO number should take 2 weeks to be generated."
