"I'd hesitate to tell anyone to interview there untilit does go public.The agencies they bought were good places to work with good reputations, but USI is still in the process of forging its identity."

"It wasn't really an insurance agency anymore.It did not put emphasis on service and customer care and relationships. It was operated to make a profit and run lean."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company was going through some reorganization due to plans to go public.Until that settles it there will be disorganization andmixed signals. Hopefully that will correct itselfwhen the reorganization is complete."
