"I love my job, because I have the responsibility of molding my reports into being a top notch customer satisfaction team. I take full responsibility for their actions, which I expect nothing less from how I approach situations. I expect them to give that feeling of trust to the user by showing they care. They care by their communication, appearance and performance. I really can't think of anything that I hate about my job. I report to work with a positive attitude."
