I would not have taken my OWN time to Edit the attached guidelines to simplification had CLEAR thought been given where directives placed. My indignite is based on prior technical writing for missile test systems FAR more crucial than DATA MIGRATION in what can instantly go into hundreds of thousands repair if guidelines wrong."
