It allowed me as a manager to reward employees for their hard work and ambition and provided me with the resources to develop a highly effective team."

"Usana somehow hires some great people but only a handful of software engineers actually end up working there longer than three years. Many people leave due to either poor management or inability to continue to advance in their career. Management is a boys club whose values are heavily influenced by the strong religious presence in Utah. Furthermore the founder of the company won't stay in the US longer than a couple days in an attempt to avoid being arrested for back taxes. Ultimately this company is a pyramid scheme and the management runs the headquarters including software development in a similar fashion."
