"I have worked at Usana in multiple positions for many years. It has had a wonderful work culture and an important mission throughout those many years. "Usana somehow hires some great people but only a handful of software engineers actually end up working there longer than three years. Many people leave due to either poor management or inability to continue to advance in their career. Management is a boys club whose values are heavily influenced by the strong religious presence in Utah. Furthermore the founder of the company won't stay in the US longer than a couple days in an attempt to avoid being arrested for back taxes. Ultimately this company is a pyramid scheme and the management runs the headquarters including software development in a similar fashion."
