What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?

"I don't like that there is a limit to the length of time one can serve. I am forced to retire, but I would love to serve my country for many more years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be a servant leader. Subordinates really like when a manager is willing to get in the weeds of the business and show that they know a lot about that which they are making decisions."
