"I have worked for Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, US Trust for about eight years now (5 part time) and I feel that this company does not encourage growth from within and the firm treats their employees in a transactional manner, everyone is expendable. I firmly believe this is one of the worst companies to work for in the industry."
