U.S. Space & Rocket Center Employee

"A fantastic mission, with very little professional oversight or management. The space and rocket center, and space camp especially, is run for children by children. There is no dynamic leadership, people are asked to lead with zero training in how to be an effective leader or manager, and there is zero business sense applied to any decision making within the organization."
