"36-48 hour days are hard but can be done. Make sure your family and friends know what to expect while you are on deployment as they seem to take it the hardest."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"Satisfaction after a long deployment coming back to the states."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Long hours and low morale will always happen on deployment. Treating the members like adults rather than children allows a family dynamic to form. This is priceless."
