What do you like about working at United States Navy?

"I liked traveling and working with a team. All these different people coming together to get a job done was an amazing aspect of working in the military."

"If you join any branch of the military you need to learn how to adapt. You are not at home anymore and this is not the world that you just came from. Accept that and everything will go a lot smoother."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"People worry about the smallest things and they don't really care much for the big picture. There was a lot of nitpicking about if someone saw you working instead of the actual work itself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would actually take care of my team and not throw them to the wolves if the outcome benefited me. A leader is supposed to take care of those that follow him. They are not scapegoats to cover him in case of bad outcomes."

"If people need to interview with the company, they need to make sure they know not only skills but also handle what they are looking for."

What don't you like about working at United States Navy?

"Sometimes, I don't like Navy reserve because I don't get benefits even if I have."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you want to manage, you need to have leadership skill. It is most important because people can follow, based on what you said."
