"Work can be slow at times. It is interesting to work with representatives from foreign militaries. Overall not a bad place to work, especially in this economy."

"Most coworkers are retirement age, yet refuse to retire. Huge gap between the age of most workers and new hires."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More autonomy/ability to solve my own problems as they arise, less micromanaging. Knowledge/Information should be shared amongst all the different Codes in the International Programs Office, rather than treated as heavily guarded secrets."
