"Don't expect to either work or get paid for working."

What don't you like about working at U.S. Department of Defense?

"It doesn't matter if you do a good job or a bad job - so what incentive is there to work? Therefore, about only 40% of the people actually put out effort! The rest just do the bare, bare minimum."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at yourselves. Does the culture you have match the culture in society and what we teach our children."
