"Only if you need a job close to home."

What don't you like about working at US Bank?

"The management pushed too hard, financing 110% LTV in Southern CA, they were part of the housing boom bust and foreclosure problem in my opinion. Also, they were expanding so quickly they hired some people who did not have the proper experience to be Branch Managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try working for a week or two in the positions that you manage with the sales goals you push for."
