"Great place to work. Fun culture and generally nice people to work with. As with any big company there and good and bad things about working here. The company has the resources to do and provided some great work related assets to projects and has the ability to realize large projects, ideas and campaigns. On the other hand, it's a big company so there is a lot of red tape and wasted effort."

"Great perks with free travel. Salaries are below market rate. The experience at US Airways varies greatly from team to team. Technology is not pushed to the limit, but there are some programmers that really try hard. Turnover rate is a little high, most likely because of the low salary. Overall I'd recommend this company to people that love to travel."

"Company culture is mostly agreeable but very resistant to change. In addition, the company does not value Human Resources or prioritize agendas laid out by HR in support of employees."

"I would suggest that management employe an employee support mentality even in a unionized environment and engagement in the leadership training HR offers."
