"You need to be awesome, your artwork needs to be top tier, and you need to be able to work towards getting to the top or staying there."

"I was the boss. It isn't a LLC and all liability comes on me, I needed more assistants but wasn't making enough to hire more than the independent contractors (artists) I was working with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get more funding. It's very difficult to make traction without capital."
