"The lack of job security, but that was moreso because I was a long term contract employee."

"To conduct more evaluations more often. I know that sound wierd but some workers were unaware when their work was not up to par until it was too late."

"It made no effort to expose my qualifications to permanent positions. When an assignment ended there was no prior notice. I was notified the night before or early in the morning the work was ended."
