"Great team,superb manager, lots of interesting problems to solve. I had many opportunities to improve the work lives of lots of perfect strangers who evolved from overworked engineers to grateful friends."

"Run away! Their continuous hemorrhaging of customers looks like a death spiral. They are shrinking their workforce at an accelerating rate."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"Extremely secretive, people hoard information as if it were their life's blood. On the other hand, they still have jobs and I, who openly helped everyone and asked for more to do, am gone."

"Move from the Sprint corporate culture of collectively covering your backsides and talking problems to death to the Nextel culture of taking responsibility and solving problems in a timely manner. No one should ever schedule a conference call to schedule a conference call."

"Government Job. OK Medical benefits, and excellent leave benefits."

"Government Jobs take lots of paper work to get your point across, get hired, get anything done, but once you are in, Job Security is good, in most cases."
