"We are shortstaffed and I would like better organization and opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide a more detailed play for consistent and growing success."

"The turnover in the HIT department is extremely high. When I entered two years ago, they had just recently fired the department director, fired the one they hired to replace the new one about a year ago, and still have not replaced with a competent director. The interim has clinical experience but never had any management experiences. Also the structure of the department is dysfunctional and is not cohesive."
