"I began working for the Morgan Research Group at the University of Southern Mississippi in January, researching thermo-mechanical degradation of Polyethersulfone, a high-performance engineering thermoplastic, during melt processing operations. It has been a great experience for me to learn, grow, and practice engineering and characterization techniques."

"I've worked for USM for 3 years. I've worked as both a staff member (1 year) and a faculty member (2 years). The stress levels are very low. Your ability to improve and move up within the University depend almost exclusively on your relationships with members of upper administration. The workplace politics can be tedious to navigate."
