"I have not worked at such a dysfunctional place. They put the Malcom Baldridge award on my card in 2010 but it was received fifteen years earlier, that should speak tons. There is no support for individual work and you can not move forward unless you praise the administration. Years of service count as skill there. You change something because you know better, you will be in trouble immediately. It is an abrasive environment where older staff will take every effort to set you in trouble."
