Desktop Technician

"I worked for Letter and Science IT, at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee as a Desktop technician from November 2017 to May 2019. I learned a lot on the job. It was my first experience in American work culture. I was appreciated for my hard work and was moved up to Level 2 Technician and then promoted to MAC Technician from the Windows side. My supervisors were really helpful and taught me a lot, not just professionally but also personally."
