"The University of Washington is a great place to work in general, however, it can be challenging to improve and have room for growth or receive higher compensation. I do appreciate the work life balance and enjoy the people I work with. For these reasons I'd still recommend working at UW over some competitive companies."
"UW CSE is a great company."

"Growing research environments with ample opportunities to learn."
"Organization is slow to act on issues of importance. People say pay is low, but it is not when you factor in benefits. However, some supervisors are bias when setting salaries. Co-workers are often the best part of the job. You can not trust that administration. Hard to get into the system, it is all about who you know not what you know, which is a shame."
"This has been a great job to have and go through school with."
"It's a great environment for researchers. Everybody in my team is passionate and resourceful."
"I am currently studying at University of Washington-Information School and also working as a reader/grader for them. This has been one of the best experiences of my life because I am learning so much from them!"
"I've worked here for over 5 years and have been promoted within once. Good company to work for."
"The place is a friendly environment and people enjoy doing research."
"Great organization to work for. Inflexible work conditions."
