"In general, staff are pretty slow in their work. Getting things done on the same day is almost impossible unless you know them at a personal level. It is a must to mingle and spend some time with all people to have your things move from their desk."

"UTEP should make the staff realize that doing their job should not need any incentive. UTEP should make staff learn that they have to focus on work and still be friendly."
