"Good working place, need to find your own funds, not a lot of opportunities for non citizens. Job opportunities depend on the area you are interested and the funding available for that area, a lot of research but you have to find most of the funding yourself and it's not that easy, sometimes you have to work for free.On some occasions you will work at your own pace, which is good as long as you finish the job."

"Right now is not a great time to be working at MD Anderson. There are changes at all levels and even long term people are being let go. Pretty much everything on the research side of MD Anderson is in flux and those driving the ship seem to have little rhyme or reason for their decisions. I am guessing someone will come along and right the ship but at the moment I'd take a wait and see stance before accepting a position."
