"I enjoy working in a team alongside a friendly group of students. We are able to draw similarities and collaborate well together. I also enjoy being able to empower and advise younger students on the opportunities available to them at University."

"I would tell them they need to try and demonstrate and some soft skills such as teamwork and interpersonal skills, but more importantly that they are eager and willing to learn."

What don't you like about working at University of Surrey?

"Sometimes it is difficult to make valuable input. There are students who are more difficult to approach."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would try to improve the monitoring of the workers."
