"I enjoy working in a team alongside a friendly group of students. We are able to draw similarities and collaborate well together. I also enjoy being able to empower and advise younger students on the opportunities available to them at University."

"I would tell them they need to try and demonstrate and some soft skills such as teamwork and interpersonal skills, but more importantly that they are eager and willing to learn."
