"I have worked for University of Phoenix for almost 12 years. I tried to move up within the company but they always hire people from the outside, and there is no room for growth. I originally started working there so I can go back to school and earn my education. I completed a bachelor's in psychology and a MS in Education. I wanted to go somewhere that I can earn a decent living, be treated well, and have the flexibility to work from home due to covid."

"Great benefits, pay and work/life balance. Unfortunately, recenter changes to federal regulations have caused the "best place" to work to become lacking culture and cover your own behind. Increase in technology without system support has also caused lack of confidence in employees and trust as an organization. It is very unfortunate."
