"I love my job. It's a great place to work. It's academia, so the pay can be a little under what the private sector would offer, but you just can't beat the laid back environment. I'm encouraged to get work done the way I think it should be done, and to take as long as I need to get things done correctly. There's lots of Plan for the long term mentality, as opposed to hack for the short term."

"I have worked as a graduate teaching assistant in UNT for over a year and I have had one of the most amazing experiences in the university via this job. I got to show my leadership skills by taking on classes, solving problems for the students, and even arranging presentations, seminars, and meetings for the class. I have had my communication skill go from a 7 to 9 in the span of a year due to the continuous interaction with my professor, almost 100+ students in one class, and with my supervisor."
