"I love my job. It's a great place to work. It's academia, so the pay can be a little under what the private sector would offer, but you just can't beat the laid back environment. I'm encouraged to get work done the way I think it should be done, and to take as long as I need to get things done correctly. There's lots of Plan for the long term mentality, as opposed to hack for the short term."
