"It's a secure place to work, but that means dead weight stays forever."

What don't you like about working at University of Iowa?

"The same security I enjoy is also a cover for people with no business being in an office. Curruption is rampamt and assumed to be cheerful incompetence."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire a couple peple and restructure. There's too much wasted effort by people treading water and making trouble on purpose."
