As a very good employee reach to many years of service, he or she should be treated with due respect and there should be realization and recognition of what good they have done for the institution in the past. Instead what has been observed is that the management do not care about it and instead they bring in new, junior, less experienced and low pay scale people with the plan to replace their golden assets. This cheap approach of management has to be changed. This is damaging the quality and professionalism required in the employees and UCF progress and advancement in the Hi-Tech.
3.8There is not much to suggest. The experience is a joy to be around people who are in the world ready to help businesses. The opportunity I have to work in a higher position is stifled by the limited resources of being the outermost center and limitations in attending classes at the home office.

3I was hired as an intern in February of 2013. I have learned a lot at my position, and have fully taken advantage of the tools and experiences I have gained. The branch I worked in felt slightly unorganized at times, especially when our fiscal year was coming to a close. However, my coworkers were great people to work with and the knowledge I gained was invaluable.
