"I worked at the UCSB Campus Store beginning in August 2018 and continued until COVID-19 unfortunately forced us to close. I enjoyed working alongside like-minded individuals who were simultaneously competitive and collaborative, fostering a familial environment rather than one that just felt like work. I especially appreciated how those in higher positions were willing to mentor us and pushed us to grow professionally and personally."
