"I have the opportunity to do real works in material science. It includes some interesting materials and manufacturing methods. There are always some fresh ideas generated at the lab."

"Equipments are not good enough. Sometimes you have to solve the problem just by your hands."

"In order to make sure that every problem can be solved with the shortest time. Professor or the leader should communicate with their employees frequently."

"Organization do not have a management but elected e-board, which is doing a great job"

"It was creative, required lot of research, we had flexible times, and my supervisor was very understanding and helpful."

"Not really much. It depends on how we work in our courses, which will give us an opportunity for obtaining research position in UB."

"It has a very low pay and thus we need extra money for having a decent living standard. However since it is a university, that is what can be expected from it."

"Have a better pay, provide payment for all research employees."

"Very low pay, temporary position and not a permanent solution."

"Can give better pay and better positions could be made available."

"I have worked for CEDAR for about 2 years, on September 2010 until April 2012, on campus in a split time into two parts, according to projects availability. It is a great company to work for while studying on campus and it has some other locations around in New York state."

"I have been working in lab for 2 years. It's not a fancy lab, but the working atmosphere is nice. People and professors are really helpful. Yet due to limited research fundings, we have limited working facilities, which leads to poor compensation. But as I'm a beginner, I have to deal with this I guess. Hopefully our department can become larger and recruit more staff and students, not only for experiment, but also for education reputation."
