"Management has no respect for field personnel. Micro management is abundant in this company. Office staff not being paid in Weeks...longest time 6 weeks."

"need to fix your financial problems and listen to your staff ."

"I love what I do for a living much more than I dislike the senior management"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be very careful. The firm has an ongoing furlough program which essentially cuts pay by 10%. No bonus for anyone in past 3 years and no raises. Rarely pays payroll on time."
What don't you like about working at Universal Security Systems?
"Erratic pay, delayed by as much as six weeks, normal is to pay one or two weeks late. Exec mgmt consistantly breaks their word and has cheated most commission employees on payments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try being honest and keep your word with pay and commissions, and stop cheating and losing clients."
