"Don't come to work here, management will promise that you are important and you can innovate and improve the company. But once hired on, your opinion and ideas no longer matter."

"Not enough work to go around, but they keep hiring people. Great expectations, but give no room for anyone to excel."

"Change all upper management and change the company management approach"
