"I love my current company Uniti Fiber. Great place to work, just not sure if we are going to be solvent over the next year. Our largest customer has filed for bankruptcy. But overall, culture and company are fantastic."
"Ive worked for Uniti Fiber for a 1 year and a half almost and I can say this with confidence, this is a great company. There are a lot of people that are at the company that push you to perform at the best of your ability and guide you to do this at a consistent basis. In my opinion this is a great first technology based job but for someone who is young and would like to travel through there job position, this company may not be the best option. There is a small company foot print so travel opportunities are very slim. There may be opportunities to advance in job positions but in my 1 year of working, I've yet to see anyone that I know get a promotion so I am not certain about this. But to conclude, this is a great company to work for and grow with but the personal window for growth hasn't closed to explore other opportunities"
