"Ive worked for Uniti Fiber for a 1 year and a half almost and I can say this with confidence, this is a great company. There are a lot of people that are at the company that push you to perform at the best of your ability and guide you to do this at a consistent basis. In my opinion this is a great first technology based job but for someone who is young and would like to travel through there job position, this company may not be the best option. There is a small company foot print so travel opportunities are very slim. There may be opportunities to advance in job positions but in my 1 year of working, I've yet to see anyone that I know get a promotion so I am not certain about this. But to conclude, this is a great company to work for and grow with but the personal window for growth hasn't closed to explore other opportunities"
