"I have worked here almost 6 months in the project as a QA. Never faced any kinda problem with superiors. Had really good team mates and also developers as well as BA. They helped us in the project for better understanding and also helped us to do our testing based on our own method."

"I have worked at United Health Group for over 10 years and the company has been good to me. Recent changes in leadership however place politics ahead of employees frequently."

"Named as one of the "happiest" companies? Sorry, kids, but who knows how they based it on. I see nothing but "average" reviews here. You are punished for taking time off, approved or not, you are scored off for not saying "approved" words or actions. and the benefits would make the CEO weep tears. 67 HUNDRED deductibles? An HSA no one wants? Work in a call center where people are screamed at all day and you get a whole 'nuther world of "happy"."

"It overworks all employees. It's very ageist, even though it claims not to be. Employees handle so many different jobs it goes WAY beyond cross-training. Basically, the company does not care how unqualified you are for the tasks just so long as you make metrics, even if you are giving out incorrect information. It is all based on the meeting metrics. The stress is severe with no satisfaction in sight. Unqualified leads and supervisors which really doesnt matter since its not about the validityof the information given out but the metrics. Noone over 30 advances. Low pay and micromangement."

"I have worked for the largest healthcare company in the United States from 2019. A class act of the hiring team to get people on-boarded very effectively. This is a very corporate minded company with high level of integrity and a great stepping stone to get to other parts of the company that really challenge you to do your best work. They need to limit the micromanagement of professionals and give some some space to test out new ideas in round table to get the best solution for our applications. A better help desk to support local issues in a efficient and with a sense of urgency would be a plus for our system issues with an email alert."

"United Healthcare is one of the largest companies in healthcare, It was listed number 20 in fortune 500. What I loved about the company was the opportunity to assist people in the community in educating them on the importance of health insurance and taking care of themselves. I had the opportunity to enroll them in health insurance and refer them to other resources available within the community. The company covers glasses every year instead of every 2 years. The gym memberships were reimbursed, which also helped clients to stay healthy. Since I worked from home the company provided everything I needed: laptop, printer, jetpack, scanner, office furniture. They paid mileage, base pay, plus quarterly incentives, and company polos. It was nice to know management was approachable and very supportive. The company is worldwide, so employees can relocate anywhere."

"The company in general has a lot of internal issues and red tap. Though it is a good company there are just too many manual processes to get anything done. The people are great however there are always conflict between other departments. They don't treat employees very fairly. Like most healthcare companies, they they have complicated systems and don't train new comers very well."
