"They are great with there on boarding process. Very much for learning and engagement of expertise."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, ask about there hiring and laying off practices. How secure will you job be in 3 to 6 months."

What don't you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"They are in the habit of hiring and then laying off. This is very routine for them. I worked with an associate who got laid off with them 3 times. Why she keeps coming back I have no idea They are known for this behaviour."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To fight for good employees who are in threat of being laid off. There reason for laying off had nothing to do with the economy at that time. They don't try to replace you somewhere else in the company."
