Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask your hiring manager what their long term plans and goals would be for you. Too many managers cannot plan in advance and simply hire to get over a hurdle. Ask what it will be like here 6 months, 1 year, and beyond. Ask if you can speak to people who you would be working with to get some insider advice."

"No written procedures to do your job, so depending on which supervisor you talk to will tell how many things you are doing wrong. Never complemented on good things. You have to get approval from your supervisor to move to a better position, so you're screwed if they are in a bad mood the day the request comes in. They dump work on you knowing you do not have time to complete it and then complain you did not finish it. Good Ol Boy network. If experienced, go someplace else."

"I've worked for ppoONE since 2001. ppoONE was acquired by Fiserv Health which was acquired by UHC in 2005. Initially UHC placed ppoONE under a business division. This caused issues with development and ppoONE was moved to a technology group (Optum) which was a better fit since ppoONE was a technology IT company."
