"Because we are salary working over 40 hours no compensation"

"very difficult,. The CEO was under investigation for fraud and abuse"

"I would think very hard before I accepted a position here. Would need a long term contract"

"management is not aware of regional expectations from the client perspective"

"Get control of all of the assets and combine company's for efficiency"

"United Healthcare has no money problems! They are the gorilla in the room."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interviews are tedious and they digg into the position and then some. If you don't know your business you will be called on it, so don't fake it! Contracts end early without a lot of notice, so be ever dillegent."

What don't you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"They have a tendency to hire contractors rather than FT positions. This is hard on people never knowing whether they have a position or not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"make the hiring process easier so that reqs can be changed to fit the job you want to hire for."

"I have grown with this company and have watched it's rapid expansion over the five years I have been there. My bosses and intelligent and completely willing to convey that knowledge to anyone interested."

"Honesty, This company has molded sculptures out of raw molds, but relies on core values to start. (ie honesty, integrity and respect)"

What don't you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"There isn't really anything bad to say about Aegis Communication group. They have lived up to every expectation I have had."

"Keep doing what your doing, this company is one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for."

"I would say have a positive attitiude and some knowledge of the way Delaware runs its healthcare programs."

"I have nothing negative to say about my past employer's business."

"I've got good, professional co-workers and an engaged manager. I have the freedom to work autonomously while knowing I have mgmt's support."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Focus on your familiarity with project management and software development. Their preferred SDLC management tool, Planview, can be picked up pretty quickly by a moderately intelligent person. Where the rubber meets the road in this position is in being strong on the minutiae of scheduling and resource management. Much reporting and tracking counts on the schedule and resource allocations, but the reports aren't worth anything if the schedules and resources aren't accurately built out and maintained."

What don't you like about working at UnitedHealthcare?

"My current position is too simple. I would like to get a position with more meat to the Project Management."

"None in particular. This has been a short assignment and solidly managed."

"Too far away from my home when it was winter"

"Nothing they were great. They had great hours for me"

"The benefits were great. I earnes 7.6 hours of personal time every payday."

"Leadership did not exist. My supervisor was not a Respiratory Therapist, and unable to evenly divide the work load."

"Schedule allows me to take college classes, reasonably good benefits."

"Make sure working from home will work for you, be up front about training needs you have and participate in creating a development plan."

"Not interested in the industry or type of work I'm doing. Ethical conflicts with health insurance as a business."
