"Most companies give their employees praise for making production. This particular plant gives their seniority parties a pass for bad behavior towards new hires or people they feel intimidated by for whatever reason. They make it a priority to bully employees to the point they either quit or they get fired. I thought we were all there for the same thing... boy, was I wrong."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have random meetings with employees, or hire undercover HR to visibly see what the hell is really going on with management."
