1First, this is an honest review about this company, not like others who were forced to provide positive reviews or had no guts to tell the truth. Upper management is full of liars since CEO and others are always hiding and faking information from the lab and secretly conducting evil decisions. Upper management is really poor and they were reluctant to resolve harassment issues within the lab for years. Lots of the equipment are more than 10 years old and outdated. Major testing instruments are not upgraded to meet the current industrial standard. All the money that are saved from the lab is used to pay for their near half million salary each. The whole lab was short staffed, with high working volume, and low morale. The lab setup was so poor and full of flaws. USEF provided and packed all blood tubes and urine cups for the vets to collect samples in the field. Empty tubes and cups were sent back from the vets with the samples collected. The empty tubes and cups were reused and sent to vets next time based on upper management's requirement. Samples received were all scanned to the computer in the drug room where all drugs were stored. All these improper conductions were informed to the CEO, however he thought these were fine and never tried to correct the potential contamination and conflict of interest issues. The working environment is also really poor, water leak everywhere, broken roof and ceiling, bugs, A/C not working, high humidity, septic smell, etc. There was even no working culture in the lab. USEF provides coffee, ice creams, candies, cooking stove, ice machine, vending machines, and lots of stuff for their employees at the horse park. However, nothing was provided to the lab at all. Lab employees hardly knew any other employees who worked at the horse park. CEO and others never showed up for several years until they lost the case and fired the lab director as scapegoat.
