"Excessive security procedures. Also I didn't have a chance to gather any new requirement because joined the team during the maintenance phase."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Use better system for the requirement management, the ReqPro (currently used) is outdated and doesn't serve our needs when we have to deliver the SRS/RTM to the client."
