"Unidine is a great company to work for. They have a strong culinary focus on fresh food and culture. This company provides a unique approach to food service to its clients."
"You are never going to make 40K a year working for this company as a Dietary Aide. This is horribly misleading. This company where I work anyway is awful. They lie about everything, overwork you and way too much favoritism. I come home with stress rashes on my legs almost every night and my anxiety level at work is off the charts. I'm told what a great worker I am and at raise time was given a measly .08 cent raise! Really?! Almost laughable. Management sucks and turns a blind eye to bad workers and their good workers suffer for it. Love working with some of my coworkers and the patients that we care for though."
"I loved working for Unidine, just wish they have opportunities in AZ."
"The company has a nice philosophy with the fresh food concept. They have a lot of young people in high positions - economically frugal but often lacking experience. My account continually lost managers because the District Manager was terrible to work with - he wouldn't recognize good effort unless you were young and nubile. Expect very long hours and little appreciation."
"My boss was a kitchen bully so it was not a good environment."
