"The company has a nice philosophy with the fresh food concept. They have a lot of young people in high positions - economically frugal but often lacking experience. My account continually lost managers because the District Manager was terrible to work with - he wouldn't recognize good effort unless you were young and nubile. Expect very long hours and little appreciation."

"Senior management had a difficult time with managment turnover (90%) due to their negative attitude towards issues with clients. Management style was a negative experience, with little support to the people in operations."

"Train people before you hold them accountable. Make sure to support with people in the field and be less likely to want to fire someone for issues beyond their control."
