"Dead end jobs for majority of workers unless you are friends with management. All raises based on union contract, so no matter how well you may do your job, you are held down. Promotions non-existent, training nearly nil, micro-managed to the point you are questioned when you are away from your desk for a few minutes, Unless you are desperate for work, avoid this organization at all costs."
